Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email at purchase and a second email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery timelines

• Standard shipping: 10–18 business days for most items, which ship directly from our supply partners. This keeps our prices low.
• Faster items: select products ship from a US warehouse and arrive in 3–7 business days — these are marked on the product page.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees; customs, carrier delays, and peak periods can add time.

Shipping costs

Free standard shipping on US orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate shown at checkout.

Tracking, delays & lost packages

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, email nocturne.supportteam@gmail.com and we'll make it right — a replacement or a refund.
