Returns & Refund Policy
If something isn't right, we'll sort it out.
30-day returns
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Items we can't accept back
For hygiene reasons, items used on the eyes, skin, hair, or mouth (for example sleep masks, facial and body tools, scalp massagers) can't be returned once opened or used — unless they arrived damaged or defective.
How to start a return
Email nocturne.supportteam@gmail.com with your order number and a short note. We'll send return instructions within 24 hours.
Return shipping
If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, you cover the return shipping. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong thing, we cover it — just send a photo and we'll email a prepaid label.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Cancellations
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll cancel it for a full refund.
