Shipping & delivery

We ship across the United States. Orders are processed within about 2 business days, and most arrive within roughly 5–9 days. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Free shipping

Enjoy free shipping on US orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat $4.95 rate applies at checkout.

Tracking my order

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. If you can’t find it, check your spam folder or email us and we’ll resend it.

Returns & refunds

If something isn’t right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. See our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

Are your products and photos real?

Yes. Every product image on Nocturne is of the actual item we ship — no stock fantasy and no fabricated results. We describe what each product does honestly, without medical claims.

Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards through secure checkout. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored by us.
